Elevate Enterprises ensures that all products shipped are compliant with Indian laws. Our inventory consists solely of smoking accessories, such as rolling papers, grinders, and bongs, which ARE NOT classified as narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act) , and are not restricted under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 (COTPA).

We DO NOT engage in the sale or distribution of any contraband or prohibited substances. All shipments are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring legal compliance throughout the delivery process.

1. Shipping Rates and Timeframes:
– Our shipping rates are calculated based on the overall volumetric  weight of the boxed packaging and destination of your package.
– Estimated delivery times will be provided only after the checkout process by the delivery partner on your communicated number.

2. Order Processing:
– Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving payment.
– Any delays in processing will be communicated promptly.

3. Shipping Methods:
– We offer a standard shipping method which is safe, trustworthy and economical and gets fulfilled within 05 to 07 business days. Should you need your order to be expedited in delivery, kindly contact us at hi@elevatestores.in and/or at +91-8975784200 by sending across the order ID and the legitimate reason for applying for expedition and the ETA date and address (if it is to be updated). Express shipping fee is applicable on actuals and will be needed to pay immediately to initiate express delivery.

 4. Tracking Information:
– Once your order is shipped, a confirmation message with tracking information will be sent to the provided contact number by the delivery partner for all orders.
– You can track your package for all orders in real-time through delivery partner's website which is the designated courier’s tracking system.

5. International Shipping:
– We provide international shipping options. For international orders, the shipping fee will be externally calculated and communicated to you. Shipping fee for international orders is exclusive of the MRP in INR to be paid during checkout. You are supposed to connect with us at hi@elevatestores.in and/or at +91-8975784200 by sending across the order ID and the enquiry for shipping fee. Our team shall provide you the shipping fee in return of your inputs of urgency and ETA. Only upon your prepaid payment for this shipping fee the order will be confirmed and processed for dispatch. Until then the international order remains under review and will not be processed for fulfilment. During the dispatch, you shall be provided with the courier receipts e-copy for your reference. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries if any and will be exclusive of the shipping fee or MRP charged by Elevate Stores.

6. Returns and Refunds:
– For information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Address Accuracy:
– Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. 

8. Shipping Partners:
– We partner with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your packages. All goods are shipped by reputed couriers. (Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, DTDC and with Speed Post for remote locations) We require 48 business hours to ship your order (90% of the orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours) and another minimum 1-3 business days or maximum 05 - 07 business days are required for transit depending on the location. Bulky and hazardous products cannot be shipped by air and will be sent by surface and will have a transit time of 05 - 07 business days depending on the location. We require a complete address with phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

10. Holidays and Weekends:
– Please note that our shipping operations may be affected during hyperlocal holidays and weekends. Any potential delays may  be communicated in advance.
